2. Find out if FaceTime is low for everyone

Unlike regular calls, FaceTime connects to other people over the Internet. If FaceTime does not connect, download a new web page to your device to test your Internet connection.

10. Temporarily disable FaceTime in Settings

You can turn FaceTime on and off in FaceTime settings on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. You may need to sign in to your Apple ID when you re-enable it.

Go on your iPhone or iPad Settings> FaceTime. Use the switch at the top of the page to turn FaceTime off, then tap it again to turn it back on.

11. Log out of FaceTime, then log in again

If FaceTime still doesn’t work on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, sign out completely, and then sign in again. Make sure you use the correct Apple ID and password when signing in.

Go on your iPhone or iPad Settings> FaceTime. Tap Apple ID and select sign out from the pop-up menu that appears. After logging out, tap Use your Apple ID in FaceTime and sign in with your Apple ID.

12. Test the device camera and microphone

13. Turn on the camera and microphone in FaceTime
