Go on your iPhone or iPad Settings> FaceTime. Tap Apple ID and select sign out from the pop-up menu that appears. After logging out, tap Use your Apple ID in FaceTime and sign in with your Apple ID.

13. Turn on the camera and microphone in FaceTime
If people can’t see or hear you in FaceTime, it could be because you’ve removed the camera or microphone for that FaceTime call.
